I’m a web programmer who enjoys using an old, rock solid editor like Emacs. While exploring its (seemingly endless) possibilities I plan to write down some notes worth keeping about my elisp configuration and other findings done using Cygwin and various GNU tools, Php, MySq, SVN and other technologies.

My professional interests also include design, photography and aesthetic matters of the sort.

Below, two of my most inspiring & challenging projects in hand …

  1. Hi Ignacio – you had left a note on my site saying you had no luck with TRAMP using OpenSSH. I had been using it on XP and my directions worked fine. I recently tried it on Windows 7 and it didn’t work. So … I set the executable to run under XP compatibility … and it worked!

I have updated the post on my site … just thought you might want to try that!
